‘Contours of Inquality’ BSG x Fi Wi Road
As part of our ongoing partnership with the British Society for Geomorphology, our cohort of interns developed and delivered the BSG x Fi Wi Road webinar for the third year running. This year their chosen theme was ‘Contours of Inequality’, and they were eager to bring together different scholars to understand how networks and flows which create inequality across global spaces.
On Monday 14th July they invited members of the BSG as well as the broader Fi Wi Road network to hear presentations from:
Dr. Quan Le, Dr. Kathryn Adamson, Prof. John Kusimi, and Dr. Rob Wilby.
The four scholars to talked about climate, extraction, and the future of our planet, exploring their current research which addresses global challenges around resource extraction, sand mining, land use and valorising indigenous knowledge.
